Defendant appealed, arguing that the sentencing court erred in not granting him a minor role adjustment under U.S.S.G. 3B1.2(b). The First Circuit rejected Defendant’s argument, holding that the district court did not abuse its discretion when it declined to assign Defendant to a two-level downward minor role adjustment under U.S.S.G. 3B1.2(b).
