People v. Diaz

Defendants Diaz and Pantoja were convicted of murder and attempted carjacking. In the published portion of this opinion, the district court held that the Diaz's conviction for attempted carjacking need not be vacated as a lesser included offense of felony murder as charged in the murder count.
